Hey girl hey! So here in Germany we are still pretty much on lockdown. Restaurants aren't yet open so I am still making and enjoying cocktails at home. Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite cocktails currently. I did an IG Reel featuring this recipe but just in case you missed it, I wanted to share it here as well. This cocktail has been my go-to for the past few weeks. It's so delicious and perfect for an afternoon when you can't decide whether to start cocktail hour or have a shot of espresso. Have both with the Espresso Martini! Now the Espresso martini recipe I'm sharing has a little twist from the traditional Espresso Martini as I'm making this with tequila. I'm not a huge fan of vodka, I'm definitely a tequila girl. So if you're the same definitely try it out and let me know what you think!
Top - Asos
Ingredients:
-Coffee liqueur (I used Kahlua)
-Silver tequila ( I used my favorite, Milagro)
-Shot of espresso
-Ice
-Espresso beans (for garnish)
Recipe:
Combine equal parts (ex: 1 oz) of first 3 ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake it well to really so it has a froth on it. Pour into your glass and enjoy! Simple and delicious!
